Yoga @500/- only at home. with expert yoga teachers. We have highly experienced yoga teachers which provide yoga services like personal yoga sessions at home, yoga teacher training course, yoga therapy classes and yoga classes at our studio.

Depending upon the number of experiences and well trained and educated yoga teachers we will customize your classes according to your comfortable time and schedule. These classes will be tailored specifically as per to your needs and requirements. Special classes for diseases like Back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, infertility issues, PCOD, PCOS, Migraine, headache, hair loss, stress, anxiety, depression etc.

We have 2 module for the yoga classes that is ,3 days a week ,5 days a week plan.

We offer special yoga classes on weekend also. Yoga classes are designed to match the comfort zone of the candidate who wish to join the yoga classes at home or at studio.

Charges are like,

5 days a week at home

5 days a week class at home is 12k with teacher’s experience of 12-15 years,

5 days a week class at home is 10k with teacher’s experience of 7-12 years,

5 days a week class at home is 8k with teacher’s experience of 3-7 years

3 days a week at home

3 days a week class at your home is 8k with teacher’s experience of 12-15 years

3 days a week class at your home is 7k with teacher’s experience of 7-12 years

3 days a week class at your home is 5k with teacher’s experience of 0-3 years

For therapeutic yoga classes at home ,

  1. charges are 10k/month for 5 days a week class. Classes will be conducted on week days and online options is also available.
  2. Group class at our yoga studio is 2500 per month.
  3. 3 days a week class of group at your home will be 3000 per person.
  4. 500 rupees for trail yoga class at your home.
  5. 700 rupees per class if you want to do the classes per session basis.

Cancellation policy

  1. If the teacher cancels the class , he will reschedule the class on Sunday as per to the convenience.
  2. If client cancels the class , please inform at least 6 hour prior.
  3. If you are late by 15min, the class will be cancelled and charged as well.

Note

  1. Please pay full Fees on the first day of class.
  2. Drink minimum 3 glasses of lukewarm water 30min before the class.
  3. Please carry your own yoga mat.
  4. For more benefit , please repeat the session at your home.

Spiritual yoga ashram also provides you private teachers at your home in Noida & Delhi NCR region. We have professionally qualified yoga teachers having minimum of 3 years experience in yoga.
