Corporate yoga:

Yoga classes conducted by many companies and organization for the benefit of their employees is called Corporate Yoga. It gives an environment where problems like Hypertension and Stress are managed under the same roof of your organization. It will give your employees a break which would be peaceful and calm and which would add  more focus and clarity to the schedule .It will help to maintain the health of your employees both physically and mentally which results in great productivity and outcome.

Spiritual Yoga Ashram(SYA) is providing  a range of practices which include some Asana , Meditation, Stress/Relaxation management training etc. All these small efforts can really pop up the working environment, performance, targets and goals.

Need of Corporate Yoga Sessions:

Yoga classes are conducted in following ways:

  1. Asana:   Different asana can be done within your organization irrespective of space.
  2. Desk yoga /Chair Yoga:  Considering the space of your organization, Desk yoga/ Chair yoga is done where less space is present. In this yoga session ,Employees are asked to stand  and perform Yoga.
  3. Core Yoga: Core Yoga is performed if you have proper space. Proper dress code is advisable. Surya namaskar, Chakra asana, Bhujang asana, Sarvang asana etc .are performed which will give numerous benefits.
  4. Breathing Exercises and Pranayam: This will include all those exercises which will help you out in relieving stress, tension and pressure. These exercises can be done anywhere in the organization i.e on chairs, garden, ground or on mats  etc.
  5. Meditation:  Meditation will help you to discover internal peace and will definitely strengthen you mentally and physically.
  6. Mindfulness: Mindfulness programs help leaders and employees reflect effectively, focus sharply on the task at hand, master peak levels of stress, and recharge quickly. On an organizational level, mindfulness reduces sick days, increases trust in leadership, and boosts employee engagement.

5.Diet and Lifestyle:  By bringing small changes in the lifestyle and diet can bring out positive changes in the health of the employees. Gradually these changes if practiced on a regular basis becomes a habit which results in physical, mental and social wellbeing of the employees .Under proper guidance this counseling session will promote the healthy lifestyle within the employees.

Pre and Post analysis healthcare in Corporate sector

A quick and easy survey will be conducted by SYA.

Pre analysis questionnaire: A short and easy questionnaire will be given to the employees asking them about their health issues, diseases , sleep issues, stress , anxiety  or tension. This survey will help us to know the health condition of the employees before attending the yoga sessions. Customize yoga class will be designed as per the health condition of the employees.

Post analysis questionnaire: A short and easy questionnaire will be given to the employees asking them about changes they have experienced after attending one month yoga session. These changes could be Physical , mental or social as well. Improvement in the health condition will decide the designing of the classes for the next month.

This Pre and Post analysis test will help us to know the health condition of the organization. It will also improve the working culture of the organization.

Yoga Classes for the next month will be conducted only when the positive results are seen in the employees’ health based on the questionnaire.

Onsite yoga Classes

We offer different classes depending upon the need and state of the employee and organization which may range from simpler to complex, meditative to active. The class will be designed in such a manner that it can be easily understand by people of all ages. The class will give benefit to people of all ages. Pranayama, Asana and meditation is practiced in a single yoga class.

Duration: 60 minutes and twice a week.
